In serious need of some workout mojo.

I haven't been to the gym in three days. After working so hard and watching the scale drop ten pounds since the beginning of January, I seem to have hit a slump. It started with an unexpected Crohn's flare-up and now I can't seem to get myself back to the gym.

You see, I have a few confessions to make...

  1. I haven't been eating as healthy and I've been skipping a lot of meals altogether, which is almost just as bad. 
  2. The past few times I've hit the gym I skipped cardio completely and went straight to the lap pool. Then I went home.
  3. I haven't touched my smoothie blender in at least a week. 
All of those things combined seem to have brought my motivation to a screeching halt. But I am determined to change that, even if I have to force it. Tomorrow night is my weekly Zumba class and you can bet I'll be there, sweating my ass off and desperately trying to keep up with the crazy choreography. 

And then I'm going to come home, take a long, hot shower, and reward myself with the new episode of Jersey Shore. =)

  1. you can do it!!! you just gotta say this will make me feel better after I'm done.. that is what makes me get up and do it.. :) can't wait for jersey shore! hehehe
