Nearing a milestone...

Just a quick update -- I lost another 2 pounds this week, bringing me to a grand total of 43 pounds lost so far. I'm so proud of my progress and have started working out regularly again. I've been utilizing the gym at work, which is awesome for two reasons: 1) it's freakishly convenient, and 2) it's freaking FREE since, well, I work there. You can't beat free!

But don't take my word for it. The proof is in the pudding photo:


My new goal is to see 180-something when I step on the scale next week. Stay tuned!
